The Balance In My Account Shocked Me!
Believe it or not, I'm personally surprised many times with the money I'm making… Sometimes I can't believe it myself… So, I wouldn't be surprised if some of you reading this letter have some doubts…

The letter is dated October 13th, and you can even see its 'DEPOSIT RECEIPT'!
But I Forgot…
I went to deposit those two checks, $209,812.68 and $48,922.50, and I didn't even know that I'm about to get the third check. The one of the deals I had in escrow closed earlier than I expected, and I got the third check! If you were wondering, this is the reason the third check is not included in that bank deposit.
October Total was $300,411.44 !!
